Shipping
Our ability to ship your order to you is only as good as the information that you provide us. Whether you are ordering products for yourself or others, you must ensure that you provide us with an precise address. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures if you don’t give us the correct address or if it is an address that we can’t perform delivery to.
If a shipment is returned as unclaimed, undeliverable, regardless of the reason, we shall be entitled to keep you liable for the shipping and handling fees that were associated with that shipment. Deliveries are not available for P.O. Box address. Please check to see that your rental agreement includes signed for/registered items. We highly recommend the items you’ve ordered to be sent to a work or home address due to the signed for nature of deliveries.
Shipping will be done according to the costs and methods described on our website. Once we ship your item, we are no longer responsible for its condition or delivery to your chosen address. Any claims for damages on the item should be filed by you against the courier.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic order will be shipped by GDEX courier service.
Available/in stock goods usually are shipped within a few days after you have placed your order. Ensure your submitted shipping address is correct. CARHARTT WIP MALAYSIA is in no way taking the responsibility of shipment to the wrong address. *Please allow 1-3 working days for ground shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. The shipping cost will be given on checkout from your cart before you pay.
What is the cost of shipping?
All orders ship within Malaysia at a flat rate of RM10. Free shipping for order spend over RM500. Shipping fees will be calculate during checkout.
How long does the delivery take?
You will receive your orders within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation of shipment. Please note that during high season and the sale, longer delivery times may occur.
What happens to my package if I am not at home when it is delivered?
The carrier will make a second delivery attempt or deposit your package at a shipping affiliate close to you where you can pick it up. You can retrieve your package from there within seven working days at a time that is convenient for you. Please note, in order to retrieve your package, you must bring with you a valid form of ID and your shipment tracking number.
What if there is no shipping to my country of residence?
We’re sorry if we do not currently ship to your country. We are working on ensuring that this becomes possible in the foreseeable future. Until then, you have the option of using our Store Finder to locate our retail stores or stores which sell our products in your country.
Partial Delivery: An item in my order is now sold out. What happens to my money?
You will be refunded for these missing item(s) to the same payment method you used to make the original purchase. The refund will appear on your bank statement within 7-14 working days.
Can I track my shipment?
The shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link, with which you can follow the status of your shipment online.
